Your software
shouldn't be an
orphan.

Whether we built it or someone else did — your software needs a team that knows it, cares about it, and is there when something breaks. From basic maintenance to full ongoing development, we stay with you for the long haul.

Does this sound like you?
Post-project client
"The project ended and the agency moved on. Now I'm on my own — and every small thing feels like a crisis because I have no one to call."
We pick up where others left off
CTO / tech lead
"We don't need a full-time dev team — but we need someone available monthly to keep things healthy, add small features, and fix what breaks."
This is exactly what we offer
Business owner
"Something broke in production at 3pm on a Friday. I had no one to call and no idea how bad it was. I don't want to be in that position again."
We prevent and respond to exactly this
Without support, here's what silently builds up
Security vulnerabilities
Dependencies go unmaintained. CVEs pile up. Attackers notice before you do.
Critical
Performance degradation
What was fast with 100 users breaks quietly at 10,000. You notice when it's too late.
High
Dependency rot
Libraries fall out of date. Breaking changes in third parties take down entire features.
High
No one who knows the code
The developer who built it is gone. Every new person starts from scratch every time.
Medium

Common questions

Things people usually ask before signing up

"
Can you support software you didn't build?

Yes — and we do it often. The onboarding session exists precisely for this. We do a structured codebase review, document what we find, and get up to speed before we touch anything. Most clients say we know their system better than they do within two months.

"
What if I don't use all my hours one month?

On Standard and Growth plans, unused hours roll over (4 and 10 hours respectively). We'd rather you have a quiet month than feel like you need to invent work to justify the retainer. The point is you have support when you need it.

"
How quickly can you respond to a production emergency?

On Growth plans, we commit to 2-business-hour response with same-day emergency response for critical issues. For Essentials and Standard, we're fast — but we're honest that we don't have a formal emergency SLA. If guaranteed emergency cover matters to you, Growth or a custom plan is the right call.

"
Is there a minimum contract length?

No minimum term. Cancel any month with 30 days notice. We don't believe in trapping clients — we believe in doing good enough work that you want to stay. The only exception is the one-time onboarding fee, which covers the initial codebase review and documentation.
